| A warm welcome to Mathematical Studies, the course that covers the core requirements in pure mathematics to a level suitable for University entrance on most mathematics, science and engineering degree courses. Both units of the module focus on the areas of algebra, trigonometry, calculus and co-ordinate geometry during lecture and problem solving classes. Assessment is by means of regular assignments, tests, a group project and final exam. | ||||||||
